In the smart service sector, we mainly focus on two core businesses: property management and hotel operations. The property sector under the company is one of the first batch of national first level qualification property service enterprises in Zhejiang Province and the first in Ningbo City. It is an AAA level property service enterprise in Zhejiang Province and a member unit of the Golden Key Property Enterprise Alliance. The company has been selected as one of the top 100 enterprises in the Chinese property service industry for more than ten consecutive years, and has repeatedly ranked first in Ningbo. In 2022, it ranked 62nd among the top 500 comprehensive strength property service enterprises in China. Based in Ningbo and facing first and second tier cities such as Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, and Lanzhou across the country, the company has a footprint in eight provinces and sixteen cities, with nearly 300 projects under management and a management area of over 25 million square meters. The business covers 16 types including office logistics, office facilities, and public facilities. More than 70 projects managed have been awarded the title of "Property Management Demonstration Building (Community)" at the national, provincial, and municipal levels.
